HUB / MWBE Program
Jamail & Smith Construction is dedicated to ensuring that small, minority and women-owned businesses have a fair chance in our bidding process. We understand it can be difficult for some small companies to gain the experience necessary to secure work on large projects, which is why we go above and beyond the standard state or city requirements.
Jamail & Smith Construction is one of the only JOC firms to employ a full-time HUB and M/WBE coordinator. Ashley Goode is a dynamic advocate committed to maximizing the participation of HUB, small, minority and women-owned businesses. She supports our projects by implementing an effective strategy to invite and involve small and underutilized businesses and M/WBE’s to participate.
