Also, installed a new Emergency Generator;Transfer Switch to serve the entire facility; re-roofed entire existing facility; reworked electrical feeds to roof-top equipment; repaved entire parking area and drives to the facility. All work was done while existing home was in full operation without any interruption. Project was completed on time and within established budget.

Jamail & Smith Construction recently commenced the new phased construction of the nursing facility at the Clifton Lutheran Sunset Home in Clifton, Texas.  This 17-month-long, $10.4M, two-phased project, will consist of a 90,000 Sq. Ft. ground up facility immediately adjacent to the existing building. 

Clifton Lutheran Sunset Home includes all levels of care for patients enduring: Alzheimer’s disease, Assisted Living, Acute Care, Nursing, etc.  Phase 1of the construction effort will last approximately 1 year with Phase 2 to follow for an additional 5 months.
