The City of Houston selects Jamail & Smith Construction as their primary JOC
(May 7, 2010 - Houston, Texas) Jamail & Smith Construction was awarded the Capital Improvements portion of the City of Houston Airport System’s Job Order Contract (JOC). Approximately $5MM will be spent on constructing additional wings, updating airplane hangars, general building maintenance and concrete work at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, William P. Hobby Airport and Ellington Airport. Jamail & Smith Construction is one of two contractors selected by the City of Houston Airport System to hold this contract, which goes into effect in June 2010.

Over the last ten years of specializing in Job Order Contracting, Jamail & Smith Construction has served many clients including; the City of Houston, Houston ISD, Fort Bend ISD, Jefferson County, Harris County and North Forest ISD.
