PROJECT MANAGERS
Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience managing retail/commercial construction projects, including ground-up construction, remodels and tenant improvements. Duties include business development, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, construction management, quality control and safety.
SUPERINTENDENTS (TRAVELING)
Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience supervising retail/commercial construction projects, including ground-up construction, remodels and tenant improvements. Duties include scheduling, quality control, safety and document adherence.
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, equivalent experience or a combination of the two; experience in general contracting or commercial construction industries; willingness to travel; a valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to pass a government background clearance; excellent communication skills; commitment to safety and quality; and a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and scheduling software.
