Jamail & Smith Construction is the largest regional Job Order Contractor in the State of Texas. As a growing industry method to procure construction services, JOC is a competitively bid, firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity contract that allows our clients to issue a series of work orders without having to bid each project. This procurement process saves time and money by eliminating the "bidding" process, while increasing the quality of renovation, repair and new construction projects. We have developed, grown and adapted the best practices of our staff and clients to the changing needs of owners and attracted some of the most experience people in the JOC industry to our team.

Design Build
Jamail & Smith Construction is one of the most experienced Design Build Contractor and this is one of our preferred project delivery methods. The Design Build project delivery method allows owners to focus on needs and scope definitions, and timely decision making for a project. With both design and construction in the hands of one entity, there is a single point of responsibility for coordination, quality control, cost control, and schedule adherence. The greater responsibilities implicit in the Design Build process sever as motivation for high quality and proper performance of building systems. Once the Owner's requirements and expectations are met in terms of program and performance, it is then the design builder's responsibility to produce a facility that meets or exceeds the Owner's expectations.
